About LPI: Product Overview
The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a 360 degree Leadership assessment instrument created by james M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner which has been used to assess the Leadership behavior of nearly one million Leaders worldwide. Historically available in paper format, LPI Online offers a more automated, less labor intensive way of administrating the Leadership Practices Inventory.

What is LPI Online?
LPI Online is a Web application designed to electronlically administerLPI. With LPI Online:
- Leaders and Observers are easily tracked and managed.
- Inventory responses are accurately recorded.
- Scoring is automated.
- Feedback reports can be produced immediately and are accessible from any web enabled computer.
Who is LPI Online for?
LPI Online is primarily designed for management consultants, human resource executives, and department managers in charge of Leadership development. Individual Leaders are welcome as well. Anyone can acquire the skills it takes to become an effective Leader, and LPI Online can help you or the Leaders you support learn those skills.
What do I need to run LPI Online?

What does it cost?
Beginning Ocotber 1, 2007, LPI Online is $125 per Leader License. The license term for each Leader purchased is 12 months. Observer Licenses are free with the purchase of a Leader License.
NOTE: If a Leader License is not used by the end of the 12-month term, that Leader License will expire and cannot be used.
